Out when we delivered?

Here’s what to do if you receive a card to say our driver has tried to deliver

If you receive a card through your door to say our driver has tried to deliver a parcel for the first time, we will automatically attempt to re-deliver your items the following working day (Monday to Friday).

If you wish to request a further re-delivery attempt, or if you wish to collect your item(s) from our depot, there is a telephone number on the card for you to call to make the necessary arrangements.  Please call the number provided before attempting to collect, as time restrictions may apply.

When collecting a parcel from us, proof of identity such as a driving licence or passport will be required. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, appropriate authorization will be needed.

Please note that if you would like to request the parcel to be delivered to a different delivery address or to be re-delivered on a premium service option (i.e. 09:00am / Saturday), this may take a few days to organise. Where possible, you will need to arrange it through the company sending the parcel to you.
