In a recent delivery poll by ‘Which?’, UK Mail was voted as the second best delivery company by UK online shoppers.
Which? asked 10,500 members of the UK public about their experiences of shopping online over the previous six months, including the delivery process. To be included in the results, each delivery company needed to have at least 30 responses.
UK Mail gained a satisfaction score of 88%, narrowly missing out on the top spot to City Sprint who scored 92%. Other notable carriers included in the poll were: DPD, Yodel, Parcelforce and Hermes.
