Due to the Coronavirus and measures to reduce its spread, many international flights have been cancelled or schedules changed.
Most outbound mail is flown on scheduled passenger flights, many of which have been suspended. We are actively trying to switch to ‘freight’ on cargo aircraft as these are less affected than passenger flights, but even some of these have become subject to embargo and capacity on others is limited.
