  • Where are your UK Depots located?

    We have over 50 UK Mail depots located strategically across the UK. You can find your nearest UK Mail depot by entering your postcode on our Find a Depot page.
  • How do I track my parcel?

    You can track your parcel delivery by going to the manage my delivery page and entering your consignment number or card reference number and postcode.
  • How do I track my parcel without a consignment number?

    If you do no have a consignment number but you would like an update of your delivery then you can send us a message using our contact us form, stating as much information as possible i.e. full name, delivery address etc.
  • How do I rearrange my delivery?

    If we have left you a calling card, or you have received a pre-delivery notification from UKMail, and you wish to re-arrange your delivery, you can do so on the Manage my delivery page.

    Simply enter your consignment number or card reference and your postcode to be able to login and rearrange your parcel delivery.
  • What documents do I need to show when collecting parcels from your depot?

    Option 1

    - If you are a recipient collecting your own parcel, you will need:
    ● Your delivery card or consignment number/order reference
    ● Photographic identity and proof of address i.e. driving licence/passport and utility bill

    Option 2

    - If you are collecting for somebody else, you will need:
    ● Their delivery card or consignment number/order reference
    ● Signed letter of authority from the intended recipient
    ● Yours and the recipient’s photographic identification and the recipient’s proof of address
