INTRODUCING DHL SERVICEPOINTS

Offer customers the convenience of collecting their parcel from 3,500 local stores nationwide.




We’ve partnered with Pass My Parcel to create a network of 3,500 DHL ServicePoints. This means you can offer Click & Collect on your website – another convenient delivery option to fit into the busy lifestyles of your customers.

Our DHL ServicePoint network offers the flexibility which today’s online shoppers demand. Over half of UK households are within a ten minute journey of a DHL ServicePoint and the collection service is available seven days a week, typically from 7am until late.




Three flexible delivery options for consumers:


IN FLIGHT

The parcel is redirected to a ServicePoint 
for collection that day, following a delivery attempt to the customer.


CHANGE IT

Customers can change their delivery destination to a ServicePoint – either 
before or after a delivery attempt.


DIRECT

Customers can choose delivery to a ServicePoint when they place their order online.



WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?


When the parcel is ready to collect, we’ll notify your customer by email or text message. The pick-up code is in the body of the email, so no click through is required. The shopkeeper simply scans the code that is presented on the smartphone.
